Greek Salad Dressing

Another lo-calorie dressing just bursting with flavor:

Greek Dressing

1 ½ cup water or cucumber juice, ¼ cup white vinegar, 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon each of romano and feta cheese crumbles, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon oregano and one drop oregano oil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 teaspoons xanthum gum. Optional: 5 drops green coloring and 2 drops of red.  Makes about 500 ml.
